Understanding the Menstrual Cycle Phases / Inner Seasons

Menstrual Phase / Inner Winter (Apx. Cycle Days 1-5): This phase marks the beginning of your cycle, a time for rest and reflection. Embrace this opportunity to slow down, practice self-care, and set intentions for the new cycle.
Follicular Phase / Inner Spring (Apx. Cycle Days 6-13): As your energy starts to rise, this is the perfect time for planning, creativity, and new beginnings. Take advantage of this phase to initiate projects and set goals.
Ovulatory Phase / Inner Summer (Apx. Cycle Days 14-18): With peak energy levels and heightened communication skills, this phase is ideal for socializing, networking, and collaboration. Use this vibrant period to connect with others and share your ideas.
Luteal Phase / Inner Autumn (Apx. Cycle Days 19-28): As you prepare for your next cycle, your energy will begin to wane. Focus on completing tasks, tying up loose ends, slowing down, and nurturing yourself.
Please note that every woman experiences her unique version of the cycle phases. These Inner Seasons provide an archetypal guide to the energies of the cycle, but it is most important to connect with YOUR cycle, first and foremost.
